In learning to help others, you will benefit personally from increased health and vitality through your study of Amma or Zen Shiatsu. Both programs are more than a massage, You will learn the same Traditional Chinese Medical Theories taught to acupuncturists. You will also learn the benefits of a healthy, wholesome lifestyle for yourself while learning to help others achieve and maintain optimal health. Throughout your studies, you will learn to create balance in your life and your body.
